Will the race go if it is raining or snowing?

Yes, our events run rain, snow, or shine. Come prepared.


Can I walk, push a stroller, and/or bring my pet?

In most cases yes, but we can only keep the course closed for a limited period of time. See the event page for course closures and information for walkers, stroller, and pets. If permitted in the event, for the safety of all participants, walkers, strollers, and pets must start at the back of the pack.


Did I get an award?

Official results and all awards will be based on GUN TIME (the clock starts when the starting device sounds) and the decisions of the race director are final. Overall award winners (Top 3 males and females) are not eligible for age group awards – NO DOUBLE DIPPING!


I think my time or place is incorrect, what can I do?

Submit a correction form for the event on Racemine Results. Be sure to include as much information as possible.

Can I wear headphones?

No. For the safety of all participants, volunteers, and spectators, headphones are not permitted.


How will I be timed?

Times will be collected using our state-of-the-art RFID chip timing system. Your finish time will be recorded via one or two small disposable RFID tags affixed to the back of your race bib. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE RFID TAG - you will not be timed without it! Bibs must be worn on the front torso, above the waist, for accurate reading.


When and where can I see my time and place?

Finish times are available on under the event name on www.racemine.com a few minutes after you cross the finish line. Overall and age group places will be updated constantly until the last participant finishes.


I pre-registered for the race but now am unable to run. Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds. However, you may transfer your bib to someone else any time before race day for a $5.00 service charge. Email T3Run@T3Ideas.com for details
